What To Expect
Before service we have a Pre-Service Prayer time at 9:45 am, and at 10:00 am there is time set aside for Coffee and Connection. This is an informal opportunity to meet new people and talk over coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
Our Service begins at 10:30 am, and a typical service will last about 60 minutes. We sing contemporary music that is led by our worship team. Children in Grades K-7 will be dismissed after the music to go downstairs before the message. Parents are asked to register and sign their K-4 aged children in at the check-in desk located in the foyer before service, but they can also be signed in a the door downstairs when they are dismissed. At the end of service, parents/guardians need to go downstairs to sign out their child.
We currently do not have a kids program for Nursery (0-2) or Preschool (ages 2-5) children, but colouring pages and crayons are available for them by the media/sound booth during the service. Our large foyer (or the 'Narthex', as we like to call it) is available if your little ones need to stretch their legs and move around, while still being able to hear the service happening in the main room.
Portable playpens are also available to use in the Narthex or in the main worship room - whatever works for you!
We understand that different children have different needs - please let us know if we can help assist in accommodating them!
